Oscar de la Renta
went to… the Floridian, one of my favorite diners waaaaaaaay out in Brooklyn. It has the most incredible Tarantino-esque decor that has not been touched since who knows when: mirror paneled walls, 1950s turquoise leather booths, individual jukeboxes, potted palms, and local characters seated at the counter flipping through the New York Post. It feels like a slice of the old New York, the Woody Allen New York, not easily come by in Manhattan nowadays.
Vintage Oscar de la Renta swimwear cover up, silk floral maxi dress, and 1970s ivory leather and tortoise shell pendant bag available at The Beverly Room.
